Shipping policy
VeganHey ("VeganHey"), company number 559163-8027, (referred to as "we", "us", "our"), is a Swedish company and offers shipping, exclusively to Sweden. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Please read this policy carefully.
To simplify, VeganHey charges a flat rate shipping regardless of the weight, value or address of delivery. See our prices and estimated delivery times below.

2. Estimated delivery times.

*These are estimated delivery times and may, for various reasons, be extended.

Orders placed before 09:00 am CET (Mon-Fri) may be dispatched the same day.
2.3
The delivery time is calculated from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Delivery is Monday – Friday business hours.
3. Shipment processing time.
We are determined to ship your order as soon as possible and all orders are, normally, processed within one (1) business day. We process orders on Monday-Friday (Orders are not shipped/delivered on weekends or holidays).
4. We deliver to the following countries.
Sweden.
5. International Shipping.
International Shipping has a flat shipping cost and will primarily be shipped by DHL or PostNord*.
*When ordering from www.veganhey.com you agree that VeganHey selects the shipping company & option that best favors the delivery to your address.
6. Tracking and Shipping confirmation.
When your order has been sent you will receive an order confirmation including carrier and your shipping id.
It may take up to 24 hours before your delivery information is established. VeganHey has no control over whether the information is updated as promised but it’s in our absolute interested that this is the case.
