Refund policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date the package was delivered to you. Return items must be shipped back to VeganHey within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

If you like to exercise your right to return the product(s) contact us at hey@veganhey.com and inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.


1. Terms and Conditions of Return

1.1

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- the product has not been used, opened, modified or damaged;
- the product is in the same condition that you received it.
- the product is returned in their original packaging;
- the returned items must be shipped back to VeganHey within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
- you have informed VeganHey of your decision to withdraw from the contract and received a confirmation;
- you have provided VeganHey with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, VeganHey will fully refund the price of the returned purchased products. You will only be charged for the return shipping cost

You will also be informed if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the terms and conditions indicated above in the previous paragraph. In that case, you may choose to accept a reduced refund, of which you will be informed, due to the decrease in value of the returned products, or to have the products sent back to you at your own expense. Should you refuse this shipment, VeganHey reserves the right to retain the products and the amount noted for the decreased refund, due to the decrease in value of the returned products.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without consulting us first.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


3. Shipping 

The shipping details will be sent to you in the confirmation email you receive after notifying us of your desire to use your right to return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
