VeganHey snickers cake.
Bottom:
1.5 cups of cashew nuts
1 teaspoon chia seeds
0.5 cup of coconut flakes
8-10 dates
1-2 tablespoons of blue spirulina
splash of coffee

- Process all ingredients in a food processor. Then put it into a baking tin, place it in the freezer and start prepare the caramel.
Caramel:
7-10 dates
0.5 cup of plant-based milk
0.5 cup of peanut butter
2 teaspoon agave syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
0.5 teaspoon coconut spread
- Mix all the ingredients and then cover the bottom with the caramel. Put it into the freezer again and start melting the chocolate.
Topping:
100 g white vegan chocolate
- Melt the chocolate, pour it on the top of the frozen cake and then allow it to stand in the fridge until the chocolate solidifies.
